Introduction
Alliance has four main components to their business: environmental, demolition, team heat, and trauma cleanup. We created landing page designs for each of these services.
TheChallenge
Alliance needed landing page designs for each of the services they provide for their clients. The goal of these pages was to both educate the user and market the services that Alliance has to offer. For this UX design case study, they also needed other components of their site redesigned and developed, like a COVID-19 page, a wildfire page, and various other pages throughout their site.

TheSolution
We began by analyzing the analytics of the Alliance website to understand how users were actually using the existing site. This helped inform us which parts they found important and we recreated some of those elements within the new pages that we built.
We had to navigate around the quality of the assets provided to us by using stock imagery, but we were able to design the look and feel of the new landing pages to match the overall Alliance brand. We then moved the new designs into website development.

Research
We took a deep dive into the analytics to understand user trends and insights of their interactions within the Alliance site.
Design
Starting with wireframes to give us a feel for the structure of the new pages, we ramped up to high fidelity, iterating based upon client feedback.
We developed our designs into landing pages that went live on the Alliance website as needed.
Development
A robust QA process helped us iron out the kinks in the website development and ensure that the finished product is what was designed.

TheDeliverables
Below you will find the UX design case study deliverables that we created for Alliance Environmental. Deliverables can consist of mockups, presentations, videos, one-pagers, site maps, wireframes, the finished website itself, and so much more. Each project is different and requires different deliverables to achieve success.

Project Summary
Alliance has several distinct services that they offer to clients with each needing to explain in a different way what is entailed. Users were already familiar with the Alliance site and brand, so we looked at the analytics to see where they were spending most of our time. This informed our designs, which we then developed into live pages. A visual QA check and testing helped ensure that the site was free from bugs and errors.
