Introduction
Soleo had an internal platform that helped account managers sync up publishers with advertisers for pay-per-call advertising. We helped them take their B2B website design to the next level by creating a public-facing portal with logins for both advertisers and publishers.

Challenge
The initial internal CallThread platform had a dated UX/UI with coding that needed to be modernized. We were tasked with a web development strategy to optimize load speeds for their reports, as well as UX consulting services to redesign the look and feel of these reports on their public-facing platform. We also needed to reduce the number of steps required to complete certain workflows, as well as help Soleo promote their new platform to increase conversion.

They had a general idea of the features and functionalities they wanted on each screen of the new platform, which they provided to us on a regular basis in the form of loose outlines. We took these outlines and improved upon their existing platform.

Research

Planning
Working collaboratively with the CallThread team, we came up with rough outlines for each screen and turned them into wireframes.
We ramped up the fidelity bit by bit, refining the look of each screen and various graphs along the way to ensure that the data was easily read at a glance.
Design
Our team handled the front-end development as well as the implementation of APIs, while their team took care of the back end.

Project Summary
The CallThread project had a lot of moving parts because of how many things we created for them, and they all had to communicate with one another. We also had to be cognizant of the information shown on each of the different portals. Between advertisers, publishers, and account managers, we had to consider a lot of different personas that would be using the CallThread app, ensuring that the experience was seamless for each.
