GameBench
We built a conversion-centric site catering to GameBench’s diverse user personas and conducted a robust marketing campaign to help drive traffic to the site.
Client:

Introduction
Looking to redefine what it means to be a professional gamer, GameBench sought to build a site for their suite of tools that helped their users maximize their machine performance.
The
Challenge
GameBench wanted to strike a balance between catering to gamers without being overly cheesy. They wanted their look and feel to be more professional, more SAAS-like. Additionally, they also needed to get more people onto their site in the first place, and then convert those users into customers by signing up. We were tasked with helping them design and develop their new identity, as well as come up with a strategy that increases their conversion rate.

The
Solution
We wanted to understand the market and the competitors of GameBench, so we conducted some research to see how other, similar companies were positioning themselves. This helped inform our designs and give us a good idea of how we should approach the structure of the site.
We focused on a clean presentation with a style that could cater toward the many different personas that used the GameBench site. We also wanted to keep the information simple, with CTAs that allowed the user to discover more if necessary. Additionally, marketing material helped spread the word about the site to increase traffic.

Research
We investigated GameBench competitors as well as the market to see how we could improve upon the existing site.

We migrated the site from Hubspot to WordPress. Although some forms are still on Hubspot, the majority of it is now on WordPress.
Development
A robust marketing campaign helped us drive more traffic to GameBench. We created videos, as well as marketing one-pagers, email signatures, and templates.

Project Summary
GameBench had a lot of personas to consider when designing the new look and feel of the site, but we made sure to include all of them since they are all active user types. A robust marketing campaign, anchored by videos and one-pagers, helped us spread the word about GameBench and increase user traffic. A simplified user flow led to more conversions for all user types.
