Introduction
Happy Teeth is an e-commerce company that focuses on products for kids. They needed us to design and develop their website, as well as create some social media templates.
The
Challenge
Happy Teeth wanted a website to match their brand style. It had to be fun and accessible and cater to young children while still functioning as an e-commerce site. They had some existing ideas, but they wanted the UX/UI design to be more modern and up-to-date. Finally, we were asked to help with marketing design for their new site. There were some time constraints with this project, but we were able to overcome these by taking an agile approach and focusing on the things that needed to be done first.

The
Solution
To create a design that matched their branding, we used fun elements like bubbles to make things more interesting. It also served to accentuate the actual products that Happy Teeth is selling, like children’s toothbrushes. We also designed some parallax elements to help make things pop.
After designing the site in wireframes and ramping up to high-fidelity mockups, we began website development work within the WordPress framework. After finishing development, our design team looked over the final product to make sure everything was working as intended.

We began by designing in wireframes to give the site structure, then proceeded to high fidelity using fun elements to match their brand.
Design
When the UX/UI design was completed, we started development within WordPress to match the timeframe that the client wanted.
Development
Visual QA
After website development, our design team worked together to test the site’s functionality to make sure things were working properly.
Maintenance
Continual maintenance on the site helps us make tweaks to the UX/UI design to improve the user experience, as well as make sure that everything still works with WordPress updates.

Project Summary
Happy Teeth was a fun project because the brand was exciting and interesting. We designed with parallax elements to make the user feel the same way and then developed these designs into a live site within the framework of WordPress. After development, our design team worked closely with our development team to ensure that all elements were functioning properly. Post-launch we’ve continued to maintain the site to ensure that the user experience is still top of the line and that it still works after WordPress updates.
