Introduction

Mintie was looking to redesign their website after doing a small business pivot to focus on services rather than product rentals. We designed and developed their new site while retaining some of the old company and mixing it with some new phrasing.

The Challenge

Mintie needed a website redesign that focused more on the services aspect of their business as they were pivoting away from rentals. This required brand new designs and the development of those designs while still retaining some service elements from their old site. We had access to plenty of assets, but many of them were dated and in small file formats, so we had to get creative on how to deploy them.

The
Solution

We gathered up a list of all of the assets we had access to from their old site, and we tried to plan around what we could use and what we had to find stock imagery for. Additionally, some copy could not be retained so we had to create new sections for certain areas that more accurately described what their business was about.

Additionally, Mintie wanted to increase traffic for their new site, so we created more landing pages for their PPC campaigns. The goal here was to convert more of this traffic into consumers by using more marketing techniques, alluring imagery, and copy while not making things too salesy.

Planning

We took stock of the assets on the old Mintie site, including imagery and copy, and determined what could be used in the new site.

Design

Filling in the blanks with stock imagery, we created new copy where needed and redesigned the look and feel of the site to cater to the new business direction.

After analyzing the design, we created the architecture of the site, then developed the base components and the configuration for all the necessary screens.

Development

We created additional landing pages for their PPC campaigns to increase traffic and convert more of these users into consumers.
