Introduction
Mosaic had a home for their CoVitality platform, but it wasn’t as robust as they would have liked. We helped them with website design and development, migrating everything to WordPress and giving it a UX/UI facelift.
The
Challenge
Mosiac’s CoVitality site was initially built on Wix, but they UX consulting to revamp the site to make it more marketing-friendly. They wanted to add a blog section to add articles to promote, as well as social media to tell people what they do, and what CoVitality is all about.

The
Solution
The Mosaic team provided us a brief of what we needed to do for website design and development, and then we got to work migrating the site to WordPress and redesigning it in the process. We wanted to keep all of the information from their site, but we wanted to reposition the elements to achieve maximum visibility.
While the digital product design was different in that we made it more colorful and vibrant, we did stay within the brand identity that the Mosiac team already had. We also scaled down the amount of information that they had on the site and made it more scannable and marketing friendly.

Planning
The Mosaic team presented us with a brief of what they would like for us to do, so we got to work on UX consulting to improve the site.
Design
We stayed within the brand guidelines that Mosiac already had, although we did introduce more color to make it more marketable.
We migrated the site from the Wix platform to the WordPress platform to give the Mosiac team more control over the elements that they wanted to deploy.
Development
We created video tutorials on how to manage the site moving forward, and helped them understand how to stay up to date with new WordPress versions.

Project Summary
This website design and development project was unique in that we had much of the design and branding already created. We were tasked with UX consulting and giving minor updates to the design while still staying within their brand book. Migrating the site from Wix to WordPress gave the Mosaic team more control over the features of the site, and made it easier to manage moving forward, especially with the help of the tutorials that we created.
