Introduction
Newmontis needed a website to show off all of their real estate properties that users can invest in. Our team designed and developed their new site to help them showcase all of their properties for sale in this UX/UI design case study.
The Challenge
Newmontis caters toward investment and commercial real estate as well as fund opportunities, making them a bit different than traditional real estate companies. We were tasked with UX/UI design and website development for a platform that helps users decide to invest with them and integrate that site with Salesforce.

We were tasked with UX/UI design and website development for a platform that helps users decide to invest with them and integrate that site with Salesforce.

TheSolution
We began our website redesign with a discovery phase where we researched commercial real estate companies in order to understand why users decide to make an investment. Once learning about this vertical, we went to work creating wireframes that helped give the site structure.
After approval from the client of these wireframes, we moved on to high fidelity where we integrated the branding that the client had already created for their company. We then handed off the UX/UI design to our developers who turned the mockups into a live product.

A discovery phase helped us gain an understanding of the commercial real estate space and taught us why users decide to invest.
Design
We started with wireframes to give the site structure, then ramped up to high fidelity mockups, incorporating the client’s branding.
After handing off the designs to our developers, we took to coding the site and turned it into a live product.
Development
Our design team worked hand in hand with our developers to inspect the finished site and to make sure everything was functioning properly.

Project Summary
Newmontis operates in the commercial real estate space, rather than residential, catering to a whole different type of user. We researched this vertical to gain an understanding of why people decide to invest, then we designed the look and feel of the site. Once our website redesign was complete, we developed the site and then undertook a robust visual QA to make sure that everything was functioning smoothly.
