PMPT
Perpetual Motion Physical Therapy’s new website shows the user their services and streamlines the appointment-making process.
Project Type:

Introduction
For this UX/UI design case study, we created a client-facing site for PMPT that informed the user about their physical therapy services, along with an appointment scheduling portal.
The
Challenge
We were tasked with website design and development by the PMPT providers to help tell users about their services. This site also needed to have a patient scheduling feature that allowed users to book an appointment with a therapist online.

The
Solution
After gaining an understanding of the needs of the client, we went into designing wireframes to give us the basic structure of the site. Once approved, we then ramped up the fidelity to create a UX/UI design that incorporated the client’s existing branding elements.
Once the designs were finalized, our website development team began coding the site into a live product. After launch, we conducted a thorough visual QA to ensure that everything was functioning smoothly and looked as designed.

Design
We started with wireframes to plan out the structure of the site, then we moved on to high-fidelity mockups, utilizing stock imagery where we could.
Development
Our website development team took our finished UX/UI design and then coded them into a finished, live product.
Once the website was ready to launch, we evaluated the finished site to ensure that everything was free of errors and bugs.
Visual QA
We continued to make tweaks to the designs, optimizing things where we could and further building out features like making the scheduler more robust.

The
Deliverables
Below you will find the main deliverables that we created for PMPT. For this UX/UI design case study, deliverables consisted of wireframes, HiFi mockups, appointment portal design, and development. Each project is different and requires different deliverables to achieve success.

Project Summary
Perpetual Motion Physical Therapy needed a site to help inform users about their services and schedule appointments. Utilizing stock imagery and their existing branding elements, we designed the site first in wireframes, then moved on to high-fidelity mockups after approval. We then coded the site into a developed product and inspected the site to make sure everything was as designed. Consider this UX/UI design case study ongoing as we continue to make tweaks and improvements to optimize the user experience and enhance features.
