With the intricacies of the PHP project, we treated discovery and research as an ongoing phase throughout the product build. We revisited competitor products to solidify logistics and prioritized learning sessions before each flow construction. In the end, we resolved common user complaints by cutting down task completion steps and reducing jargon. Since we designed our wireframes at the most bare-bones level, we ended up with flows that were reusable for multiple projects with a few simple tweaks.
