Many SaaS companies rely on their tech capabilities when onboarding new users, but those value props always have to be contextualized for the users so they can understand how everything works. This was the crux of our redesign for Filejet. By understanding the users’ wants and needs, we mapped out an onboarding flow to help new users understand and appreciate the functionalities of the app, regardless of their tech knowledge.
